Rental Inspection Service - NZD $120

Our standard inspection includes attending the property on your behalf, capturing a full walkthrough video and photos inside and out, and delivering everything back to you within 4 hours.

You can upgrade your inspection with optional add-ons, including a live video chat walkthrough, a neighbourhood drive/walk around, and a detailed written report to give you a complete picture before you apply.

Please note: We currently service the Springfield rail corridor through to Brisbane CBD, including Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central, Spring Mountain, Richlands, Darra, Oxley, Corinda, Sherwood, Graceville, Chelmer, Indooroopilly, Taringa, Toowong, Milton, Roma Street and Brisbane CBD.
